4. Payments

Late payments may be subject to finance charges permitted by Nevada law.
Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred in collecting unpaid balances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

No warranty is provided on plant survival.
Damage caused by weather, pests, disease, animals, irrigation issues, neglect, or acts of God is not covered.
